<div><p dir="ltr">I am deeply concerned that your hotel is featured as a prominent booking option for Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) delegates. From the 20th to 24th of July 2026, it is expected that over 100 000 people will travel to Farnborough, Hampshire for one of the largest weapons fairs in Britain. </p><p dir="ltr">The United States, responsible for almost a million deaths in its “<a href="https://caat.org.uk/data/countries/united-states/forever-wars/">forever-wars</a>” since 2001, will feature prominently at FIA. Israeli weapons companies that Israel relies on for its genocide of Gaza, such as Elbit Systems and Isarel Aeorospace Industries, will be platformed as well. UK-based F-35 component producers, such as BAE systems, Leonardo and L3 Harris, will be among the over 1000 weapons corporations exhibiting at the event. </p><p dir="ltr">The F-35 is used by Israel to bomb Gaza, and has played a significant role in the US-Israeli war on Iran and Lebanon. F-35s were also used in the US military’s illegal attack on Venezuela in January. The death-toll from Israel’s genocide of Gaza and this US military aggression has been staggering. </p><p dir="ltr">FIA is where the business deals that provide the infrastructure for this untold suffering are made. If your establishment provides accommodation for FIA delegates, the hotel will be implicated in this.</p><p dir="ltr">I will not be staying at your hotel at any point moving forward, unless you refuse to book hotel rooms for FIA delegates. I will also be speaking about this matter with like-minded friends and family, who I expect will take a similar stance. </p></div>
